Tournament Package

Great Lakes Action Photography appreciates your interest in partnering with us as your exclusive tournament photographer. Partnering with Great Lakes Action Photography entails the following:

• For your tournament, we will photograph:
  • Opening ceremonies
  • Each participating team, at least once, in action.
  • The finals of the event.


• We provide a DVD to each team that contains photographs from all of their games.
  
  
• We post photographs from the tournament to our web site within two business days of the conclusion of the tournament. Photos will be in a separate tournament gallery. This gallery can be password protected if needed.


• Photo products can be purchased on-line using a credit card, and can be shipped world wide.


• In return, the tournament host:
  • Allows us to distribute flyers/business cards to tournament attendees.
  • Makes announcement on the public address system about our company and our products (we provide the script).
  • Puts a link to our web site from the tournament web site.
  • Gives us the option of doing tournament team photographs (posed).
  • Provides us with a complimentary half-page ad in the tournament program.
  • Provides us with exclusive, complimentary field/court access.
  • Provides us with complimentary VIP parking.
  • Provides all our photographers with complimentary food and beverages from tournament concession stands.

The rate charged depends on the number of teams participating in the tournament, and the number of venues. Please contact us if you're interested in partnering with Great Lakes Action Photography for your tournament.

Note:Valid for events that are less than 50 miles round-trip from Rochester Hills, MI. Additional mileage will be charged at the rate of $1/mile for each additional mile.
