Great Lakes Action Photography appreciates your interest in partnering with us as your exclusive league photographer. Partnering with Great Lakes Action Photography provides a value-added resource to help differentiate your league from others. Partnering with us to to be your official league photographer entails the following:
- Our goal is to photograph each team at least once during the course of the season.
- Photographs from league games will be posted to our web site within one business day of the conclusion of the event. Photos will be in your own league-specific gallery. This gallery can be password protected if needed.
- Photographs can be purchased on-line using a credit card. Photographs can be shipped world wide.
- Photographs will remain on-line for approximately six months, after which they'll be archived. The archival date will be announced at the top of all gallery web pages.
- In return, the league:
- Provides us with exclusive field/court access
- Allows us to distribute flyers/business cards at league events
- Puts a link to our web site on the league web site
- Emails parents about our company and our products, and whenever new photos have been posted to our web site
- Gives us the option of doing their league Team & Individual photographs
Great Lakes Action Photography does not charge the league any fee for this exclusive arrangement. In fact we donate a small percentage of our sales back to the league. We also give the league a 20% discount off any images they may wish to purchase for promotional purchases.
Note that Great Lakes Action Photography retains all profits from the sales of the photos (minus the portion we donate back to the league), and we retain the copyrights to all images.
