Event Package
Great Lakes Action Photography will come out to an organized event of your choice: sporting event, performing arts event, fundraiser, etc. We'll take photographs that capture the spirit of the event; the participants, the fans, the staff, as well as the venue.
When you purchase our Event Package, you'll get a CD/DVD of all the photographs we take - typically hundreds of photographs. These are sized at 3000 pixels wide and 2000 pixels tall, at 72 dpi; slightly downsized from the original out-of-the camera size so that more can fit on a CD/DVD.
With this CD/DVD, you can:
- Make unlimited copies of the CD/DVD for other parents/participants.
- Print the images - we'll give you written permission which is required by many photo labs
- Use the photos in slide show
- Post the photos to web pages
- Use the photographs in marketing/promotional materials.
Our Event Package costs $60/hour with a one hour minimum, making the cost per photo incredibly low. If interested, please complete our Event Package request form.
*Notes:
- Valid for events that are less than 50 miles round-trip from Rochester Hills, MI. Additional mileage will be charged at the rate of $1/mile for each additional mile.
- We try to get at least one photograph of all participants, but we cannot guarantee this.
- Great Lakes Action Photography retains the copyright to all images
- Cancellation Policy:
- If the event is cancelled, we will refund 90% of your total amount paid as long as you let us know within 24 hours of the start of the event.
- If less than 24 hours notification is received, we will refund 50% of the total amount paid.
